Call or visit the shop Browse the shop online, call us at 506.648.6164, or visit the Gift Shop in the Main Lobby to place your order.

Provide patient details We'll need the patient's name and room number. If you don't know the room, the hospital switchboard can help you find it.

Include a personal message You can include a handwritten card with your order. Let us know what you'd like to say and we'll prepare it for you.

Can I order online?

Online shopping is being prepared for the Brighten Group Gift Shop. You can browse categories here, then contact the Gift Shop for help with patient gifts, comfort baskets, food options, and hospital delivery.

What if the patient is discharged before delivery?

If a patient is discharged before we can deliver your gift, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Are there any restricted items?

For patient safety, certain wards have restrictions on live plants, flowers, specific food items, and scented products.

Do you deliver on weekends?

The Gift Shop is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
