How gift delivery to patients works

    Call or visit the shop Browse the shop online, call us at 506-648-6691, or visit the Brighten Group Gift Shop in the Saint John Regional Hospital Main Lobby to place your order.

    Provide patient details We'll need the patient's name and room number. If you don't know the room, the hospital volunteer desk/switchboard can help you find it.
  3. 3
    Include a personal message You can include a personalized card with your order. Let us know what you would like to say and we'll prepare it for you.

    We deliver to the room Gift delivery is available Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns of unused items in original packaging, or with original tags still attached, within 30 days of purchase. Returns can be made in-store, and require a copy of your receipt.

Can I order online?

Yes! Shop online anytime and choose the option that works best for you. Your order can be shipped, delivered to a patient at Saint John Regional Hospital, or picked up in-store at the Brighten Group Gift Shop.

What if the patient is discharged before delivery?

No problem! If the patient has been discharged before we can deliver your order, we’ll contact you to arrange another option.

Are there any restricted items?

For patient safety, most of our items are selected with hospital guidelines in mind. If you’re unsure whether a gift is appropriate, please contact the Hospital floor/department and they will be happy to assist.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Patient deliveries are available Monday through Friday, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The Brighten Group Gift Shop is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM for in-store shopping and pickup.
